I’m no fan of the death penalty.
And I take a particularly dim view of the sentence handed down today by a judge in Delhi, India, ruling that four rapists and murderers of a 23-year-old student riding a bus in New Delhi should be hanged.
In fact, I think letting those vile excuses for humans off with such a light sentence is a terrible miscarriage of justice. I would so much rather that they had gotten LWOPP (life without the possibility of parole) enhanced with daily doses of what they inflicted on the woman they murdered, except, since they don’t have vaginas, the iron rods they used on her should be rammed into orifices they do have.
