Defense lawyer Johnnie Cochran was not happy that Simpson trial judge Lance Ito allowed only two of the taped racial utterances of prosecution witness, LAPD detective Mark Fuhrman into evidence.

Years later I told Cochran he owed me an apology about this episode.

It would be interesting to know if he ever did.
It’s my understanding a lawyer is in trouble if he personally attacks the trial judge.
If s/he isn’t before, s/he may very well be after.
