(Marcia Clark elects to follow her instinct for jury selection instead of her hired jury consultant’s advice. The consultant ends up sitting on the back bench by me for a couple of days, then leaves. Maybe if she had involved and listened to her consultant she wouldn’t have ended up with such disastrous results.)
